We accept NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and Corporate Net Banking. For major capital equipment orders (dental chairs, CBCT, OPG), structured milestone payments are accommodated — 30% advance at order confirmation, 70% balance prior to factory crate dispatch — against pro-forma invoices.

Yes. 100% of all consignments leaving our Jaipur central depot are covered by comprehensive transit insurance until the moment the shipment is signed for at your clinic premises. If damage occurs in transit, document it on the carrier delivery slip and notify us within 48 hours.

Endorse the damage on the transporter's consignment delivery note (LR/POD) before the driver leaves. Then send photographs and a short unboxing video to our Jaipur desk via WhatsApp (+91 98291 00000) or email within 48 hours. We will immediately initiate an insurance claim and dispatch replacement parts or a fresh unit.

Our in-house certified bio-medical service engineers provide complimentary on-site assembly, pneumatic line integration, air calibration testing, and full operational validation across Rajasthan and North India. For other states, installation is coordinated through our certified regional partner engineers.

Yes. After installation sign-off, our technician conducts a ~45-minute practical training session for doctors and dental assistants covering: daily handpiece oiling, autoclave water drainage cycles, suction filter cleaning intervals, air compressor belt checks, and digital sensor care protocols.

Dental surgeons in Jaipur and nearby cities are welcome to visit our showroom and demonstration depot to test dental chair ergonomics, inspect autoclave chamber quality, and view digital sensor capture quality in person before requesting a formal quotation.

Yes. Quality Dental Depot is an authorized distributor for certified OEM brands. All equipment includes original manufacturer warranty cards ranging from 1 year (consumable units) to 5 years (premium CBCT and operatory chair systems). We register each unit's serial number with the OEM brand partner on your behalf.

Warranty covers: hydraulic motors, electronic PCBs, digital sensor arrays, heating elements, and sealed compressor assemblies. NOT covered: normal wear-and-tear items (O-rings, suction tubing, bulbs), handpiece turbine cartridges damaged by incorrect autoclaving or lack of oiling, and physical damage from user mishandling or incorrect installation.

In accordance with Indian bio-safety standards, opened sterile consumables, impression silicones, autoclaved instruments, and chemical reagents with broken tamper seals cannot be returned. Unopened, non-sterile items in original factory cartons may be returned within 7 days with prior distributor authorization (RMA number). Contact our desk to initiate a return.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment mode (NEFT/RTGS). Funds typically appear in your bank account within 7–10 banking business days following physical inspection sign-off at our Jaipur depot. GST adjustments are issued via official Credit Notes per Section 34 of the CGST Act.
