ISPM-15 Export Crating
Heat-treated wooden crates compliant with international phytosanitary standards — same as used for air cargo exports.
HD Foam Cushioning
Custom-cut high-density polyethylene foam molds cradle each chair base, armrest, and sensor module independently.
Moisture Barrier
Vacuum-sealed anti-static polyethylene wrapping prevents oxidation and condensation during monsoon transit.
Impact Sensors
"This Side Up" and shock-indicator stickers alert carriers to fragility — and provide documented evidence for damage claims.

Clinic Site Readiness Checklist
Ensure utilities are in place before engineer arrival
Incomplete site utilities will require rescheduling of the engineer visit and may delay your clinic launch.
Electrical Power
Dedicated 15A socket with verified earthing (voltage between neutral and earth < 2.0V). Power supply: 220V ± 10%, 50Hz.
Compressed Air Line
10mm OD high-pressure polyurethane tubing from compressor room to chair base junction. Operating pressure: 0.55 – 0.80 MPa.
Fresh Water Inlet
½-inch CPVC or SS flexible pipe connected to independent ball valve — easily accessible for service shutoff.
Waste Water Drainage
1.5-inch PVC drain pipe with minimum 2% gravitational slope toward floor-level drain or S-trap.
Imaging Systems
For RVG / CBCT: a dedicated desktop or laptop computer with USB 3.0 port and the relevant acquisition software pre-installed by your IT team.
Transit Damage Claim Protocol
Endorse on the LR / POD
Note any visible crate puncture, breakage, or tilt on the transporter's Consignment Note (LR/POD) while the driver is still present.
Photograph & Video
Capture clear photos of the outer crate and inner damaged component, plus a 30-second unboxing video showing the shipping label.
